The second ever Health Possible Inc. client is Michael Hack, known as Mike. Mike struggles with his weight due to Autism. Mike loves anything from the 1980's, especially music and TV, earns his income mowing lawns and his ultimate passion is creating music videos and other videography. Mike's autism results in daily struggle with traditional verbal communication, understanding concepts, reasoning, and natural consequences. All of these factors result in very narrowed, specific forms of healthcare.
He lives independently, though his self care challenges include inconsistent dieting and over eating, including unhealthy choices that can effect behavior. Health Possible Inc. cared for Mike for 3 months in an effort to educate and continue to train him in a very new, non-traditional manner - physical and visual dieting lessons.
Health Possible Inc. suggested to Mike that he may enjoy exercise even more if he combined what he loves (making music videos) with what he needs to do (get in shape!). These videos are a tribute to Mike and his commitment, his artwork, his humor, and his effort to becoming healthier. These videos are Mike's exercise music videos as a gift to Health Possible Inc.
